What to Read in 2019

One of my New Years resolutions is to read one book a month and I figured what better way to achieve this goal than to do somewhat of a book review at the end of each month. This isn’t a book review, but this is an introduction to all the books I’ll be reading this year in case you want to join in and read any of them with me as well.

January – The Alchemist

February – Becoming

March – Children of Virtue and Vengeance

*sadly not pictured as it doesn’t come out until the beginning of March!*

April – Canterbury Tales

May – Educated

June – On the Road

July – A Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy

August – The Road to Woodstock

September – A Clockwork Orange

October – American Psycho

November – Caraval

December – The Hobbit

I’m beyond excited to begin reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho this month as it has been on my reading list for quite some time. I’ve owned several of these books for years but have yet to crack the spine on most of them; a few of them are even brand-new which is even more exciting. So, if you also have a desire to read more books this year, and any of these books interest you, please join me in reading them and we can have a discussion about them at the end of the month!

Also, don’t feel the need to come and find this post again if you need a refresher of what I’m reading for the month; on the home page, there is a widget that’ll tell you what I’m currently reading!
